Is Maya Pet paid?⌄
No, Maya Pet is completely free. There are no ads, subscriptions or hidden fees.
Is my data stored in the cloud?⌄
No. Maya Pet is a local-first app. All your dog's data is stored only on your phone. Optional cloud backup will be added in a future version.
Do I need an account?⌄
No. You can use all features without creating an account. Accounts are designed only for optional future cloud backup.
Can I manage multiple dogs?⌄
Yes. Maya Pet supports multiple dogs. You can create separate profiles, records and calendars for each dog.
How does Find a Vet work?⌄
Information for 6,561 veterinary clinics across Turkey (T.C. Ministry of Agriculture official data and OpenStreetMap) is embedded in the app. It works offline.
How does the Prepare for Vet PDF work?⌄
You can export all your dog's health data (vaccines, meds, weight, symptoms, etc.) as a single professional PDF. Ideal for quick sharing during a vet visit.
What is the QR ID card?⌄
A QR-coded digital ID card unique to your dog. If lost, the person who scans the QR can reach you. You can print it for the collar.
How do notifications work?⌄
Vaccination, medication and walk reminders are generated only on your device. They are not sent to our servers. You can enable/disable them from system settings.
How do I back up my data?⌄
Currently, manual export (Prepare for Vet PDF + JSON export) is available. Automatic cloud backup will come in a future version.
Is there an Android version?⌄
We are focused on iOS for now. Android is planned. To be notified of the launch, you can subscribe via the email below.
How do I delete my account?⌄
Inside the app, use Profile → MY ACCOUNT → Delete My Account. After a two-step confirmation, your account and all server data are permanently deleted immediately. Your dog data stays on your phone. Or write directly to mayaaa.friends@gmail.com.
